Football fans are in store for a day of big games — live or streamed — on Sunday September 28, 2025.
Five National League games will go ahead to complete the first round of this year’s women’s and men’s Dettol-sponsored competitions, all of which will be streamed live and free by FIFA+.
At lunchtime, New Zealand will get their campaign underway at the FIFA U-20 Men’s World Cup when they face hosts Chile in front of a sold-out 48,000 crowd.
FIFA+ will provide live coverage (see link below).
After that game, there’s still time to catch the final appearance of Auckland University at the FISU University World Cup in China. The 1.30pm (NZT) game will be streamed via FISU’s YouTube channel (see link below).
