Initially, the couple considered getting married at a registry office, to enable Chloe\u2019s mum to attend. But given that they were also expecting their second child, Enola, at the time, they decided to hold off for the time being. \u201cMy mum was basically like, \u2018Don\u2019t put that pressure on yourself or try to do it for me\u00a0\u2013 just do it when it makes sense,\u2019\u201d Chloe explains.<\/p>\n

Eventually, the couple settled on 9 August, 2025, as their wedding date, choosing the Norwich Arts Centre<\/a> as their venue. \u201cIt used to be a church, so it\u2019s got that grandeur from the outside, but also it\u2019s got the kind of scuzzy gig venue [vibe] to it,\u201d Chloe says. \u201cWe love the musical history behind it, too \u2013 Nirvana played there, the Stone Roses. It just felt really cool.\u201d<\/p>\n

When it came to decorating the space, it\u2019s no surprise that the art director had a very specific idea of what she wanted aesthetically, thanks to her long-standing Pinterest board. \u201cThe wedding board is about 10 years old,\u201d Chloe laughs. \u201cMy main inspiration and theme that I wanted to tap into was the Vegas wedding, the Sure Thing chapel\u00a0\u2013 quite camp, quite kitsch and very pink.\u201d The bride worked with Boomting Bunting to drape the venue with pink sparkly fringed curtains, and to hang three giant disco balls from the ceiling. Naturally, there was also a pink neon heart that she managed to buy off a friend of a friend, whom Chloe discovered had one at her wedding via Instagram.<\/p>\n
